Mary E. Wilke
Overview
Mary Wilke practices in the areas of environmental litigation, hazardous waste site remediation, and environmental compliance. Mary represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of cost recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA, RCRA and various state statutes. Mary also counsels clients on compliance issues regarding hazardous waste management and liability under various federal and state statutes. Mary also practices in the areas of land use, CEQA and the California Surface Mining and Reclamation Act.
Prior to joining Edgcomb Law Group, Mary was a legal advisor with the White House Council on Environmental Quality participating in the NEPA task force.
