Courtney LeBoeuf
Overview
Courtney LeBoeuf practices in the areas of environmental litigation (CERCLA cost recovery, RCRA injunctive relief, and state law tort claims), hazardous waste site remediation, and hazardous waste law compliance. Courtney also counsels clients on compliance issues regarding hazardous waste management and liability under various federal and state statutes. Her practice also includes advising clients on the environmental due diligence aspects of real estate transactions, including Phase I and Phase II site assessments. Courtney also has performed pro bono or reduced rate work for several local environmental non-profit organizations devoted to protecting open space and promoting livable communities in the San Francisco Bay Area.
