Overview

Adam practices environmental litigation and has experience across a variety of matters, defending industry clients and non-profits: CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, California Fish and Wildlife litigation, water and land use compliance in California, toxic tort litigation, Proposition 65, landlord-tenant disputes, California cannabis compliance, and more. In addition, Adam works alongside a variety of California state agencies to obtain positive outcomes for his clients: the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the California State Water Resources Control Board. Adam has litigated cases in a variety of California Superior Courts, including San Francisco, Alameda, and Sonoma.

Adam received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he received a certificate in environmental and energy law, and also served as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic, as a managing editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal, and as a board member and coach of the Moot Court Board. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University and a master’s degree in secondary mathematics education from CUNY – City College. Adam has practiced environmental law at non-profits in Washington, DC, and at private firms in San Francisco, California.
